Tickets will be available at the Palisades Hub (5200 Cathedral Ave NW) starting at 10:30 a.m.

The Eighth Annual Palisades Village House Tour, scheduled on Saturday, October 15, 2022, will feature recently built and artfully renovated homes in the Kent and Palisades neighborhoods.  The homes encompass a variety of architectural styles and features.  Examples include:

• Colonial, mid-century and contemporary architecture, lush interior design and furnishings, and 'dream' kitchens and bathrooms
• Unique, special purpose spaces such as an art studio, living-in-place apartment, and 'Downton Abbey' style library
• High-tech and innovative elements, including sustainable natural products, green roofs, and a net zero carbon footprint
• Indoor and outdoor pools, lovely gardens, and an outdoor entertainment pavilion  
• Serious art, music and sports collections, plus exotic treasures

The House Tour supports Palisades Village, a non-profit organization that helps our older neighbors live in their own homes as they age and remain engaged actively in their community. 

Note: The House Tour is open to those who have been fully vaccinated and masks will be required. Please note:

• Each individual ticket holder must pick up a ticket in person.
• Each individual will need to provide proof of vaccination.

The House Tour is open to those 10 years of age and over. It will be held rain or shine. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. 

Because the homes are so varied, they are spread over the Kent and Palisades neighborhoods.  A car or bike is recommended to get between the homes.

The discount for advance tickets ends at 4 p.m. on October 14. Tickets on the day of the sale will be available at the Palisades Hub at 5200 Cathedral Ave NW, just off MacArthur Boulevard.
