You are the athlete of your life! Whether you play pickleball or golf, practice yoga, care for a loved one, shop for groceries, stand in the kitchen and cook, or just get up from sitting in a chair or a car, every day you are coordinating muscles and joints to move through your life with balance and ease.
Want to keep that spring in your step as you move through your life? We will move in this class -- but it won't be a mirror-the-instructor exercise class. We will explore the basics of mobility, stability, flexibility, and balance. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move in -- and also be prepared to remove your shoes for some hands-on exploration of our feet, the foundation of balance. It's a beautiful spring this year, so let's celebrate by keeping (or recovering) the spring in our step.
Caregiving partners are encouraged to come too!
Lisa Bregman is a Trager practitioner and massage therapist, who has studied movement for most of her life. The anatomy and joy of staying fit while aging are infinitely interesting to her.
