The House Tour supports Palisades Village, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults live independently in their homes while remaining active and connected within their community.
Event Details:
Because the featured homes are diverse and located throughout the Kent, Foxhall, and Berkley neighborhoods, we recommend using a car or bicycle to travel between them. We’ve made efforts to minimize the number of steps at each location, and step counts will be clearly indicated in the guidebook.

On the Day of the Tour – October 17:
To maintain the element of surprise, the featured homes are kept confidential until the day of the tour. Starting at 10:30 AM on October 17, you can pick up your tickets and guidebook, which includes a map and details about each home, at the Palisades Hub (5200 Cathedral Ave NW).
