Instructor: Beth Antell began her fitness career in the early 90s as a group fitness instructor ultimately getting certified as a personal trainer (ACE & NASM) and a Masters Degree in Health Promotion.  Beth teaches group exercise classes in aqua, Spinning, strength and conditioning, core and balance in Washington, DC.

Beth worked at a physical therapy clinic to better understand post rehab training and loves working with pt patients as they make this transition.  She also has taken numerous courses and workshops focusing on training the active ager and enjoys seeing this demographic live healthier more active lives.

Learning to deal with injuries herself, Beth is committed to listening to student’s needs, empowering them with knowledge and appropriately challenging workouts.  She believes if you understand why you are doing what you are doing the work will be more effective.
